Aaron Travers was recently commissioned by the Library of Congress to write a short work for solo piano as part of the Boccaccio Project. The project asks participating composers to write short works addressing the new reality of quarantining and social distancing during the Coronavirus epidemic. The piece, entitled Olcott Park, will be performed by Daniel Pesca of the Grossman Ensemble on June 23rd at 8pm ONLINE. More information can be found here.
